Day 2 - 21 Dec

Upon arrival, embark on a captivating journey through the Imperial City, beginning with a visit to the Blue Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. Next, marvel at the Hagia Sophia, a symbol of harmony between two great world religions. Continue to the historic Hippodrome of Constantinople, where you'll discover its iconic three monumental columns and a historic fountain. Your exploration then leads you to the magnificent Topkapi Palace, the opulent former residence of the Ottoman Sultans, set amidst scenic surroundings. After a day of discovery, proceed to Bolu for your overnight stay

Day 3 - 22 Dec

Depart for Bolu via Ankara and embark on a sightseeing tour of this capital city, which will include the magnificent Atatürk Mausoleum. Photo stop at the second largest lake in Türkiye - Lake Tuz, which is well-known for containing the world's highest salt and surrounded by plateaus. Continue our way to the unique landscape of Cappadocia.

Day 4 - 23 Dec

This morning, you may consider a famous Turkish experience – a Hot Air Balloon ride over the most extraordinary landscapes, or a Jeep Safari tour at your own expense (subject to weather conditions). Explore Cappadocia's wonders, including Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle. Discover the Göreme Open-Air Museum, with its cave churches and biblical frescoes. Indulge in a delightful break with a Turkish ice cream between your visits to Esentepe, and enjoy some pottery kebab, a local specialty, for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the valley. Explore Kaymakli Underground City and visit a Jewellery Center for handcrafted natural stones. Enjoy dinner at the hotel before continuing to a local venue for a captivating belly dance show with unlimited drinks and snacks.

Day 5 - 24 Dec

After breakfast, visit a Turkish carpet showroom before leaving Cappadocia. En route, stop at Sultanhani Caravanserai, dating from the 13th century, before arriving in Konya to visit the Mevlana Museum, the mausoleum of Rumi, the mystic poet. Here you will learn about the sect of the whirling dervishes. Proceed to Pamukkale, where you will end your day with a relaxing soak in a hot thermal pool.

Day 6 - 25 Dec

Pamukkale, known as the "Cotton Castle", is famed for its white, cotton-like mineral bath terraces rich in calcium. Explore the Ruins of Hierapolis, the iconic White Travertine Terraces, and enjoy a dip in the mineral-rich hot springs. Next, travel to Ephesus, the best-preserved ancient city of Asia Minor. Admire remarkable sites, including the Library of Celsus and the Temple of Hadrian. Then, marvel at the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be where she spent her final years. En route to Kusadasi, a scenic coastal town on Turkey's Aegean coast, enjoy a short visit to a Turkish Delight and Apple Tea Outlet.

Day 7 - 26 Dec

Begin with a visit to a Turkish Leather showroom. Then travel to the ancient city of Pergamon to see the impressive Acropolis, which dramatically sits on a hill to the northeast of the town. Take a cable car up the hill and relish the sights of impressive temples, the library, theatre, and arsenals. Next make your way to Troy to see the Trojan horse, a huge hollow wooden horse constructed by the Greeks to gain entrance into Troy during the Trojan War. Thereafter, enjoy a leisurely drive along the coast to Canakkale.

Day 8 - 27 Dec

Depart Canakkale for Istanbul via the longest suspension bridge in the world. The 1915 Canakkale Bridge has reached completion in Türkiye with a span of 2,023 metres, becoming the longest suspension bridge in the world. End with a walk around the world's largest canopied market – Grand Bazaar to haggle for some 4,000 jewellery, pottery, spices, carpet, and leather stores.

Day 9 - 28 Dec

Today, spend the day at your leisure; you may consider an optional visit to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar and a cruise along the European and Asian shores of the Bosporus. Transfer to the airport for your homebound flight. Depart Instanbul at 1230pm for Dubai on EK124. Arrive 2200pm.

D 10 - 29 Dec

Depart for the City Tour (includes photo stops at Dubai Frame, an Abra ride, Museum of the Future, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Musical Fountain, and a drive through Palm Island).

The last stop will be Dubai Mall for lunch and free time.

Mitsui Outlet for quick shopping, back hotel to pack before evening train from Tokyo to Mishima, rest for the night.

21 Aug

The day started at 8.30am with a 1.5hr bus ride to 5th station. We ascended via the Fujinomiya Trail at 11:00am— one of the four main trails but also one of the steepest rocky terrain routes. Arrive 9th station at around 5:15pm. Dinner at 6pm with lights off at 8:00pm.

22 Aug

Woke up at 1:30am, 2:00am breakfast before 2;30am summit attack. Arrive Kengamine peak, 3776m, Mount Fuji highest point before sunrise. 

Started descending the UNESCO World Heritage site at 8:30am via the Gotenba Trail — a much longer and considered as the toughest route to enjoy the famous "Osunabashiri" (sand run) volcanic ash fields. Made our way down into the vast Mount Hōei crater, the younger volcanic crater on Fuji’s flank formed by the 1707 eruption. 

Back to station 5 at 12:15pm, took 1427H train from Mishima to arrive Tokyo 1518H. Head to

Shimokitazawa for dinner and shopping after shower.

Ancient graves and early copper mines clearly show that Shaxi was a base for bronze smelting as far back as 400 BC, known in China as the Spring and Autumn period, and the Warring States period (770 BC – 221BC).

The Southern Silk Road, better known as as the Ancient Tea Horse Caravan Road predated its more famous northern counterpart by at least 300 years, The first written records of the route are from the Tang Dynasty (618-907), which was locally known as the Nanzhao Kingdom period (649-920), but trade had been taking place long before this time. From the hillside plantations of Simao and Xishuangbanna the muleteers brought pu’er tea; Burmese traders, often accompanied by Indian monks bought hides and animal bones, for use in in Chinese medicine. Salt, an essential commodity before the advent of refrigeration, came from Qiaohou, south of Shaxi, and from Yunlong across the mountains to the west, along with silver from Misha, and nearby Heqing. As well as felt, silk and precious stones came that most valuable of medicines, opium, perhaps Yunnan’s largest cash crop at the time. All of these and more were traded with Tibetans for items such as musk, rare fungi and exotic medicines, found in the frigid mountains to the north.

The Song Zan Ling Temple, 松赞林寺, is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery situated 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from the city of Shangri-La at elevation 3,380 metres (11,090 ft) in Yunnan province, China. Built in 1679, the monastery is the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan province and is sometimes referred to as the Little Potala Palace. Located in the capital of Dêqên Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, it is also the most important monastery in southwest China.

Lijiang Old Town, also called Dayan Old Town, is a well-preserved ancient town for Naxi ethnic group. Old Town of Lijiang was listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, including Dayan Old Town, Shuhe Old Town and Baisha Old Town. It is one of the four best-preserved ancient cities in China, along with Langzhong Ancient Town in Sichuan, Pingyao Ancient City in Shanxi and Shexian Ancient Town in Anhui Province.

Lijiang Old Town was first built in the late Song Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty, with a history of more than 800 years. From the beginning to the reign of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty, Lijiang Old Town was under the rule of Mu Family, local commanders during that time in Lijiang.

8:40-12:30 游览大峡谷玻璃桥。【大峡谷玻璃桥】为一座大型山谷悬索桥，因其创下多项玻璃桥的世界记录而闻名中外，是“世界最高人行桥”。主要的景观为喀斯特峡谷，为新构造运动和河流强烈下切山体断裂而成。景区内有高空滑索、蹦极等多项体验项目可选择。

12:30-14:20 乘车到景区附近享用午餐（景区外自理）

14:20-18:40 游览【天门山国家森林公园】游览黄渤、徐峥主演的电影《心花怒放》拍摄地之一的天门山国家森林公园（游览时间 4 小时,）乘坐“高山客运索道，索道全长 7455 米，海拔 1279 米，体验腾云飞翔的刺激震撼，登张家界云梦仙顶，俯瞰张家界全景，观赏奇妙美丽的盆景花园，游览盆景石区、登云梦仙顶.山体孤峰高耸，气势临空独尊，世界翼装飞侠杰布•科里斯的惊天挑战也曾在此举行。还有惊险刺激的悬空【玻璃栈道】挑战你的高空极限，历史文化积淀深厚的天门山，一直被当地人民奉为神山，圣山，更被誉为“湘西第一神山”和“武陵之魂” 的美誉。

08:00-08:10 乘车前往武陵源门票站游览【张家界国家森林公园】，乘景区环保客运车，约 15 分钟抵达百龙电梯下站。

8:10-11:50 游览【袁家界】，零距离接触《阿凡达》中悬浮山外景拍摄地“哈利路亚山”原型“乾坤柱”，探寻电影《阿凡达》中群山漂浮、星罗棋布的玄幻莫测世界，主要景点有：天下第一桥、迷魂台、后花园、九天玄梯、八卦图、猿人望月、拜仙台等景点

11:50-12:20 天下第一桥乘坐景区内环保车前往天子山。

12:30-13:30 自理午餐（山顶有小吃一条街，可选择山顶午餐也可自带零食或山顶麦当劳等）。

13:30-15:30 参观游览【天子山】，沿途可欣赏张家界的精华景点御笔峰，仙女献花，西海石林，贺龙公园等精华景点。

16:00-17:20【十里画廊】景区位于索溪峪景区，是该景区内的旅游精华，在这条长达十余里的山谷两侧，有着丰富的自然景观，人行其间如在画中。沟旁黛峰屏列，山上的岩石形成了 200 来尊似人似物、似鸟似兽的石景造型、其中“孔雀开屏”、“采药老人”、“寿星迎宾”、“猛虎啸天”等景点。

1830 - Anshun Bridge (Chinese: 安顺桥), is located beside Hejiang Pavilion along Funan River (Jin River). The Anshun bridge has a long history. and the original building can be traced back to 1746 (the Yuan Dynasty). During Marco Polo's travel to China, Anshun Langqiao is one of the four bridges that has impressed him deeply. The bridge had been ravaged by the flood for several times and got reconstructed in 2003 as the replacement of the old one built in the 1980s.

Stayed at FraserPlace Namdaemum Seoul Hotel, overlook Sungnyemun Gate. Walk to Myeongdong Shopping Street for long stretch of street food and shops line up both sides.

Dongmyo Flea Market was a joy but need time for amazing deal. Bought 3 trekking pants for 24,000Kr (S$24), 2 with original tag still on.

Hongdae shopping street was another favourite location with music, food and great purchases! Found this Tokyo used shop and manage to squeeze 7 Polo into a paper bag for 33,000Kr (S$33)! 2x Burberry, 1x Boss, etc. What a lucky day.

Namdaemum market just across the hotel but more towards small items and distribution centre. Ladies love them to pick up basic accessories.

Gwangjang market is just a food market. A stop to try local food at reasonable price.

Goto Mall enough to stay there for a whole day, for ladies. Nothing for men though.

Baegundae, Bukhansan 

Ascend from to West side Bukhansanseong Fortress and descend by the Eastern bukhansan Ui. Able to take taxi down to Ui station for $3/pax
